This is a highly rare, 1,000,000% Genuine piece of Handwritten Yant Maha Setthi of Luang Pu Khampan.

Maha Setthi means To Have Great Wealth. But it is also believe to give worshippers a lift if they're down on luck. This Yant is used I believe earlier than Maha Prattana, the renowned Yant of Luang Pu Khampan Khosàpanyo. 

It is a rare find as many are literally used in temple's holy water urn to give blessings to devotees as if "borrowing" blessings from Luang Pu Khampan Khosàpanyo. Rarely one would find a Genuine, yet unscathed piece.
